Things are coming along with the tapestry and work
has commenced on the black and white blocks.
Yesterday, while I was working in the BACH, lots of people
called in to see what was happening with the tapestry project.
Dad helps his older two children..
while Mum working with her youngest daughter, Caitlin (7)
Dad helping his son, Caleb.
The whole family at work... Great job!
"Nana Jackson" with her family.
Last night, while visiting with their Nana,
the kids "whipped up" this scarf on a mini loom
as an early Mother's Day present.
Isn't it fabulous?!!
An elderly couple take a few moments
out of their day to sit and weave together....
..and this couple were visiting the area in a camper-van
but delayed travelling south because of the wet weather.
The man's Scottish Grandfather used to be a
Loom Warper in his time.
We had men stop in and chat...
but I couldn't convince them to "have a go"...
This chap did though!
More people looking and asking questions..
Thanks to Naoko for coming in to help!
This woman said she was from Adelaide and visiting with family
and found working on the tapestry "very therapeutic"
Thank to everyone who has stopped by so far.
We hope you enjoyed your visit.
