Thursday 9th January 2014

Lots of holidaying visitors have being stopping by
 to see the Whangarei Community Tapestry.
This is Fiona Mayhill from Beachlands, in Auckland
 
Fiona and Evelyn Dodds (her Mum) has been visiting 
over Christmas/New Year and lives in Hertfordshire, U.K.
 Rosemary (left) from Dargaville is a Creative Fibre member 
and comes over twice a month to work on the tapestry. 
 Naoko has been working on the boat masts and posts.
 Judy Colley (seated) is explaining how to use her 
phone camera to her friend, John. Meanwhile, John's wife 
Collen takes photos of her friend and her husband.
 Judy is visiting Whangarei from  from Feilding, Manawatu
John worked on the black and white checkered border
 way back in April 2013 when we commenced the 
Tapestry Project. It was great to see him back again!
